are ideal for ball games/golf practice.
Perfect for quiet breaks in the country. Around the cottages there are plenty of scenic walks where local
wildlife deer/fox/rabbits and owl are commonly seen. A walker's
paradise. |
Each cottage has LPG central heating with coal
effect gas stove for the cosy break even in winter. Freeview TV, DVD,
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, large walk in shower and
a 5ft Queen Anne bed. Piglet Cottage has the added attraction of a
12-jet double jacuzzi.
The cottages can sleep up to 8 when booked together.

Cycle routes in the immediate vicinity include rides through
Laughton Forest or by the River Trent banks, making the cottages
ideal for cyclists.
Close by are Wharton Hall Farm Park / Blyton Ice
Cream and approx 3 miles to the Market town of Gainsborough which
includes The Old Hall, swimming etc at the Leisure Centre, Heritage
Centre and the recently opened Marshall’s Yard shopping Centre.
Further afield approx 25 miles to the Historic town of Lincoln and 35
to the east coast Cleethorpes.
Fishing/golf/shooting school and horse riding all locally.
The cottages are ideal for two families (8 people) taking a holiday
together. There is a large play area and lots of places to explore. They also make a cosy retreat for a romantic winter
break.
